VeloViewer Infographic Check-In

With over half of 2025 completed, VeloViewer infographics are starting to look pretty as they tell a story of riders adventures for the year to-date. Our end of year VV Wrapped is renowned for being shared in the new year and is a visual way to depict the year of training.

For some, the infographic data is a closely guarded secret which will not be revealed until the close of 2025, but we have spotted a few out in the wild and so have been checking in with riders on their progress.

Cycling enthusiast and YouTuber Scottish rider Stuart Dick shared his Infographic with us, and we wanted to see how his year was progressing, and what his motivations were to get out and ride.

VV: Did you set yourself targets in terms of distance or elevation for 2025, or were you purely driven by adventure without specific aims?
Stuart: This was the first year I didn’t want to set my cycling goal on Strava, but I am aiming for 5000 miles just to keep me motivated. I am also cycling every day this year and currently on target, with VV being my goal to fill each day.

VV: What rides or memorable events have played a big part in your year of data to date?

Stuart: On 21 June 2025, I cycled Chase the Sun North, cycling 202 miles in one day. This has been my longest ride to date, and the highlight of 2025 so far.

I also travelled from North East Scotland to East Yorkshire to complete my British Cycling Ride Leader course that I hope to use to get people cycling. This was a big part of my year.

Oh, and I can’t miss travelling to Kos, Greece with my Brompton (foldable city bike).

VV: Have you planned adventures for the second half of the year?

Stuart: I am hoping to host my first social gathering here in Scotland later this year, with some nice scenic routes planned. I can’t say anymore at the moment.

VV: Do you have a target to hit by the end of December?

Stuart: 5000 miles, but not putting too much pressure on myself. Cycling every day this year is my main goal.

Yearly comparison from VeloViewer

VV: Where did your passion for cycling/sport come from?

Stuart: Initially my passion for cycling came from my first Kinesis UK gravel bike and starting my Instagram account, wanting to share my cycling journey. I then found an amazing, inclusive and supportive community, that shifted my passion to the people I meet, the places I go and the opportunities that come with the joy of cycling.
