Ben Lowe – Founder & Director
Ben is a software developer based in Sheffield, UK.
Ben spent 20 years building Windows applications and websites in the education sector with a focus on user interaction design. He created VeloViewer as a hobby in 2012, a few years down the line, Ben finally packed in the day job to focus full time on VeloViewer.
Ben has always been a keen amateur cyclist, in recent years he’s also rekindled his love of snowboarding, windsurfing and wing foiling.
Anna Lowe – Director
Anna has been a Director since VeloViewer’s inception, but she started taking a more hands-on role in the company in 2023 – she is also Ben’s wife! Anna has extensive experience in research and project management in the area of physical activity and health. She works part time as an Associate Professor of Physical Activity & Health at Sheffield Hallam University. Anna now leads on a number of VeloViewer’s strategic developments.
Anna is a keen cyclist and rides with local club Seven Hills CC in Sheffield, her first love is the mountain bike though and she spends as much time as possible out in the Peak District getting muddy!
Rachel Davison – Office Manager
Rachel is an experienced administration manager, with over 30 years of experience in financial services and higher education. Rachel joined the VeloViewer team in 2023, she oversees the administrative aspects of the business.
Rachel prefers walking to cycling and spends many days off in the Peak District with her dog, Bing!
