This tiling tale takes us far north to Finland, home to tile-hunting enthusiast Pekka. To maintain his impressive five-year cycling streak, Pekka regularly battles sub-arctic conditions on his bike. As a true tiling puritan, he only rides outdoors—and with February temperatures plummeting to -30°C, his journey is a masterclass in dedication and determination.
After following his adventures on Instagram and YouTube, we wanted to delve deeper into his backstory and how he conquers these extreme temperatures and challenging terrain. Who knows, his story may even inspire a few of you to head to Finland for Pekka’s favourite ultra event, Ruska – be warned though, his tales come with words of caution!
