This is a list of the races selected for the team/organisation but the route details are not yet available. Once they are uploaded the race will move to the Upcoming Races section.
Here at VV HQ we are regularly looking for new race routes online and normally contact a race organiser about one month before a race if we don’t yet have the route. Race Organisers that are using VeloViewer WorldTour are indicated by a red car emoji prefixing the race name (🚘). In this case, we expect to receive the route files directly from the Race Organiser and we will release them as instructed by them. The standard release dates are one calendar month for Teams (but often much earlier than this) and 14 days for the Media.
For Media Race Hubs, the Planned Races section will also include the Visible to media date (if applicable).Â
If you receive a route file (GPX, KML, KMZ) that is in your Planned Races then please forward it to the dedicated WorldTour email worldtour@veloviewer.com and it will be processed.Â
